Brandon's urgent warning about a plague outbreak in Russia
Brandon went live after midnight because a news report about a deadly lab accident in Russia matched visions he has shared for years. Here are the key moments from the 1 hour and 40 minute stream.

Brandon came home from a Billy Burke healing meeting and went live around 1:00 in the morning. Viewers had sent him a report about a plague outbreak at a lab in Russia, and he felt it was too close to what he has seen in visions to wait. He spent the first hour playing the report alongside his own older videos, then led an altar call, prayed, and shared what happened at the meeting earlier that night.
The short version
A news report Brandon played said a 28-year-old worker at a plague research lab in Siberia died after a vial broke, and nearly 200 people she had contact with were put in isolation.
Brandon says it matches what he's been warning about for years: a “black death” made in a lab, spread by rats, showing up in the news in October.
He was honest that he expected this in 2027 and may have the year wrong. His prayer is “I pray this is not it.”
The Lord told him this can't be stopped, but it can be lessened through prayer and believers who know their authority.
During prayer, he heard the Lord call it “a false flag” and prayed that it would not come before its time.
He told two powerful stories from that night's healing meeting, and 16 people gave their hearts to Jesus during the stream.

Prophetic words and visions
What Brandon says the Lord showed him, including older visions he replayed on this stream. The quotes are his own words.
Why he went live: a “black death” in the news in October
Brandon played a report from Benny Johnson citing the Moscow Times. It said a lab worker at an anti-plague institute in Siberia, near the border of Mongolia and China, died of pneumonic plague after a vial broke, and that 197 of her contacts were identified and 189 hospitalized. Brandon pointed out that for years he has said a plague like the black death would come out of a lab in that part of the world, that it would involve rats, that they would call it “the black death,” and that it would hit the news in October and grow through November and December.
Brandon said plainly that he believed this would happen in 2027, and that this could be a warning sign or a “trial run” rather than the real thing. But because it showed up in October, the month he saw, he felt he had to sound the alarm. In his visions, he has seen 350 million people die worldwide and 30 million in the United States.
Brandon replayed a dream he shared on March 19, 2024, before President Trump was re-elected. In it, Trump stood at a podium in a bright blue suit and announced a new virus that started in Europe and “made COVID look like a wimpy virus.” He shut down international and domestic flights and ordered lockdowns. This time, people rushed the stores for food, not toilet paper.
In an older vision he replayed, Brandon saw three rats in plexiglass boxes injected with a thick yellow liquid. Two died quickly, but the third lived longer, and that was the one they wanted. He saw it released into Europe, and the infection spread like blood across Europe, then Africa, the Middle East, and South America. He believes the red-eyed rats are symbolic.
In the same visions, Brandon saw the euro collapse first, which then triggered the collapse of the U.S. dollar. People were afraid to touch paper money, so it was replaced by a digital system, which he connects to the mark of the beast. He also saw megachurches shut down and a financial meltdown worse than anyone has seen.
Food lines, factories closing, and keeping quiet about supplies
Brandon saw factories lose workers day by day until caution tape went up on the doors, and desperate people going house to house to take what others had. He saw that people with a well, a supply of food, or a place in the country were better off, and he warned not to tell your neighbors what you have. Near his home, he saw a line of a couple thousand people waiting for food rations outside a Target and a Lowe's, and military medical tents set up in a Sprouts parking lot because the hospitals were full. A tree with yellow leaves told him it was fall.
On December 28, 2023, Brandon saw President Trump, thinner and worn out, weeping with his hands on his head and crying out for mercy for America. Pastors were pacing the Oval Office, praying in the spirit, and the darkness over the nation began to lift. In the vision he saw a tall, bald pastor among them, and he laughed on the stream as he admitted the pastor was him, back when he was too nervous to say so.
Brandon has seen a massive hurricane in the spirit, not a real one. The Lord told him its outer bands were just starting to touch, and now that we're in the eye of the storm, things are going to get “really radical.”
Brandon said that starting at Rosh Hashanah, he saw the black horse riding on Europe, and the green and black horses riding together for a season. He connects the riots in France to this and said to watch Ursula von der Leyen and Mark Carney.
While praying in the spirit, Brandon declared, “It should not be time yet. You will not accelerate this.” Then he stopped and said the Lord told him it was a false flag.
Brandon said many ministers, including megachurch leaders and their wives, are coasting on the anointing with “one foot in the world, one foot out.” The Lord told him the reason some ministers don't like him is that he challenges what's inside them. His message to them was that God is cleaning house, and if you don't want to be all in, it may be time to retire.
Brandon said he has seen the glory at Billy Burke's meetings increase three times over the next month, and he has a strong expectation for the meetings in Tennessee. (Dates are under Recommendations below.)
Brandon prayed for healing for the people in Russia, that the plague would not spread, and that its effects would be lessened, as the Lord told him they could be.
You said we can lessen it. So we call lessening of this in Jesus' name.
He encouraged parents to anoint their children with oil and to plead the blood of Jesus over their husband or wife and their home, declaring that it will not touch their family. He uses a bottle of oil Billy Burke gave him for Christmas.
Responding to news that the White House was monitoring the outbreak, Brandon said that if it grows, the border should be closed, because he believes some of the spread could be stopped.
Brandon said he has often asked the Lord whether these things can be stopped. The answer he got was no, but that they can be lessened by believers who understand who they are and the authority they have.
Brandon, this won't be stopped, but you can lessen it.
Jesus said there would be plagues, wars, earthquakes, and false prophets, but that these are only the beginning of sorrows. Brandon believes the church will still be here for some of it, and that Satan is frantic because he knows his time is short.
I ain't trying to scare you. I'm trying to prepare you.
Brandon said that's what the Lord tells him all the time. In prayer, he led people to refuse fear of death, plagues, and earthquakes, because to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He also said to know Psalm 91 and Psalm 23.
When Brandon gets a heavy word, he calls Pastor Paul Begley and asks him to write it down, so someone outside his own circle can confirm what he said and when. He said it matters to stay grounded and talk to elders instead of “just floating around giving words.” He also admitted that ministry has been hard and that not everyone likes him, but he would rather fear God than people.
He urged backslidden and lukewarm Christians to get on fire again, tell their loved ones that Jesus is coming, and pick up the Bible that has been gathering dust on the shelf.
It's not time to play church. It's time to be all in.
In ankle-deep or knee-deep water, you're still in control. But when you go out deep enough that your feet leave the bottom, the Holy Spirit carries you. Brandon encouraged people to check their spiritual thermostat and soak in God's presence every day.
Real moments Brandon shared from his life and ministry.
The Holy Spirit walked by and touched a woman's face
At Billy Burke's meeting that night, a woman going through a hard time was knocked down by the power of God. Sitting nearby, Brandon had an open-eyed vision of the Holy Spirit as a huge, barrel-chested man with a big, thick beard. He walked right past Brandon, said, “How are you doing, Brandon?”, and the presence of God filled him so strongly he could hardly stand. Brandon watched him bend down and touch the woman. She got up saying she had felt Jesus touch her face and squeeze her cheeks together. Diana, who was with him, started weeping because she had heard him describe it before the woman said a word. The woman was healed.
You don't need a touch from a man. You need a touch from me.
At the same meeting, a 14-year-old girl told how she met a woman of about 70 at Walmart whose face looked like she'd had a stroke. The girl was so excited about the healing service that she invited the woman, and they gave her a ride to church. That night the power of God knocked the woman to the ground, and Brandon believes she is being healed. He said it showed him how hungry people are for God.
Brandon encouraged people to go wherever they know a minister is authentic and “not flaky.” He said Billy Burke's next stops are Harvest Church International in Tennessee around October 18 to 21, then Pittsburgh, then Boca Raton in November. The meetings in Eufaula, Oklahoma, were also streaming online for two more days.
For anyone who wants to understand the baptism of the Holy Spirit, Brandon recommended the short book Why Tongues? by Kenneth Hagin. You can buy it on Amazon or hear it read for free on YouTube. He believes every believer can pray in tongues.
To understand the authority he talked about all night, Brandon recommended the booklet The Authority of the Believer, sold for about three dollars on Billye Brim Ministries' website.
For anyone who wants to understand the horses of Revelation, Brandon recommended the teaching of Pastor Steve Cioccolanti on the Discover Ministries YouTube channel.
If you live in America and gave your heart to Jesus during this stream, Brandon's team will mail you a free Bible. Email them (the address is in the video description) with your name and address and the subject line “I got saved watching your broadcast.” He also said to find a Bible-believing church this week and get water baptized.
